It Started with Michelle

As a parent, I lived the "water battle" every single day. My daughter Michelle, at age three, simply wasn't interested in drinking enough water. The constant reminders felt like a burden for both of us.

We knew there had to be a better way than pressure and nagging. We collaborated on a solution that focused on positive reinforcement and play. We discovered that when we gave her a star to unlock and a card to read, she stopped seeing water as "boring" and started seeing it as a goal to be conquered.
